Chris Todd

Chris Todd is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across technology and management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at UKG since August 2020, Chris advocates for a culture of belonging and emphasizes the importance of investing in people to drive business success. Prior to UKG, Chris was President of Kronos Incorporated, overseeing workforce management and human capital solutions from 2007 to August 2020. Previous positions held include Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Services Officer, as well as Senior Vice President of Services at Kronos. Chris also held senior leadership roles at Blackbaud and Solspark, and gained early career experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and as an Analyst at S.G. Warburg & Co. Chris holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in History and Government from Harvard University.
