Josh Warren

Josh Warren serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Envestnet, overseeing a leading wealth technology platform in the United States that supports over 110,000 advisors and manages more than $6 trillion in assets. Prior to joining Envestnet in 2023, Josh held multiple senior roles at BlackRock from 2015 to 2023, including Managing Director and Global Head of Business Strategy for iShares and Index Investments, where responsibilities encompassed budget development and global pricing strategy. Previous experience includes leadership positions at iCapital, Barclays Investment Bank, Foros Group, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Josh holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and History from Dartmouth College.
