Marcell Alejandro Saavedra Pinto is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Culture and Talent Leader at ENVÍAME since April 2021. With extensive teaching experience at Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP since March 2014, Marcell has instructed courses in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, People Management, Professional Development, and Entrepreneurship across various schools within the institution.
