Ramon Mantilla Pabon

Ramon Mantilla Pabon has worked in various roles in the logistics and supply chain management industries since 1998. From 1998 to 2007, they were a lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad de los Andes. In 2007, they became Vice-President of Operations at Servicios Postales Nacionales - 472, where they directed a process improvement initiative to boost operational efficiency. From 2008 to 2015, they were Co-Founder and CEO of PayRabbit (Formerly ClipClap SAS), where they led the company's development from ideation to market validation. In 2016, they were appointed Supply Chain Operations Manager - LAN (Latin America North) at Brightstar Corp., where they drove efficiencies on the whole supply chain and cost reductions of 56% at Colombia Operations. In 2017, they were promoted to Service, Business Development Manager Colombia & Caribbean at Brightstar Corp., where they successfully drove growth of the Services Line of Business. In 2020, they worked as a Business Consultant and as Director of Business Development at Logytech Mobile, where they were responsible for optimizing the operational model, innovating and launching a new business unit. Currently, they are Country Manager at ENVÍAME, where they are working with more than 600 clients and managing and controlling multiple distribution operators (couriers).

Ramon Mantilla Pabon completed their Master of Engineering - MEng in Integrated Logistics Management from RMIT University between 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 1990 and 1995.
