Victor Hugo Avila

Victor Hugo Avila has held various roles in the technology industry since 2004. Victor Hugo began their career as an Ingeniero de Sistemas at VISIONA S.A. and then moved on to become an Ingeniero de Proyectos at Entel. At Entel, they worked as a Jefe de Proyectos, Jefe de Área de Innovación de Productos TI, and Director de Soluciones de Infraestructura TI. In 2011, they joined CorreosChile as a Gerente de Negocios, where they were also Subgerente de Innovación Comercial and Subgerente de Innovación Comercial y Desarrollo de Negocios CityBox. In 2014, they became Founder & CTO of EasyPoint, and in 2016 they took on the role of CTO at Envíame.

Victor Hugo Avila has a degree in Ingeniero Civil en Informática from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, which they obtained between 1997 and 2003. Victor Hugo then obtained a Diploma in Liderazgo, Coaching y Trabajo en Equipo from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez between 2012 and 2013. In 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Diploma in CRM from Universidad de Chile. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER from CertiProf in November 2022, Membresía Board de Directores o Membresía Club de Mentores PUCV from Incubadora Chrysalis in October 2022, and Nivel C de Inglés from Poliglota (YC W21) in May 2022.
