Carl Lindner

Carl Lindner possesses over 25 years of expertise in environmental compliance, permitting, and entitlement. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at Envicom Corporation since June 2018, Carl specializes in CEQA and NEPA permitting for varied development clients, including municipal, commercial, and private sectors. Prior to this role, Carl held the position of Senior Project Manager at AECOM from February 2008 to June 2018, and earlier worked as a Project Manager for Southern California Edison, TetraTech/EMC, and IVI Environmental. Carl holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Purchase College, SUNY.
