Ioana Campeanu

Ioana Campeanu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Envipco since October 2021, Ioana leads various HR activities, including personnel selection, training, and salary policy management. Previously, Ioana held roles at VCST Industrial Products as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities included candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and administrative HR tasks. Ioana's earlier experience includes positions at PIZZAROTTI SA and SC FORICON SA Deva, focusing on candidate profiling and recruitment processes. Ioana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea „1 Decembrie 1918” din Alba Iulia, as well as an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the same university. Additionally, Ioana has a technical background in tourism from Colegiul National "Dionisie Pop Martian."
