Jennifer Kozak

Jennifer Kozak has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jennifer most recently worked at Enviri as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Harsco Corporation's Clean Earth division. Jennifer also held several roles at Nouryon, including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and Integrated Supply Chain. Before that, they worked at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions and GE in various human resources executive positions. Jennifer has experience leading complex integration and organizational alignment within organizations. Jennifer began their career at G.O. Carlson, Inc. as a Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Union Relations Manager. Overall, Jennifer has a strong background in strategic human resources and leadership in complex organizations.

Jennifer Kozak received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Temple University between 1987 and 1992. Jennifer then pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Penn State Great Valley between 2001 and 2005.
