Subho Lahiri has extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From 2001 to 2004, Lahiri worked as an Assistant Manager at ICICI Onesource Ltd. Following this, from 2004 to 2005, Lahiri served as an Operations Manager at Siemens Shared Services, Siemens BPO Services, and Siemens Information Processings. In 2005, Lahiri joined WNS Customer Solutions as an Associate Vice President until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Lahiri worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Service Delivery Leader for the Life Insurance & Annuities Program. Lahiri then joined Avaya as the Head of Global Backoffice Operations from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Lahiri transitioned to Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President - Global Talent Operations until 2019. Lastly, since 2019, Lahiri has held positions at Enviri, first as the Managing Director for Harsco's global business services center, and currently as the Director - Global Service Center and Strategic Services. In this role, Lahiri leads strategic programs, including continuous improvement initiatives and change management, and oversees Enviri's Global Business Service Center in Hyderabad, India.
Subho Lahiri completed an Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2012-2013. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Mysore from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Subho Lahiri holds various certifications including CXPA Professional Member, Business Analytics: Data-driven Decision Making, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Analytics Foundation, Selling Through Customer Centricity, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Training Program, The Profession of Management, and Yellow Belt in Six Sigma (DMAIC Methodology).
