Dean Shum is currently the Head of Commercial Operations at EnviroNZ. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions at Fletcher Building, Coca-Cola Amatil, Frucor Suntory, TVNZ, and Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Dean has extensive experience in commercial management, financial stewardship, business development, and sales growth strategies. With a background in accounting and finance, Dean has a strong foundation in providing commercial support at all levels of the business.
