Teresa Smyth

Teresa Smyth serves as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Enviro NZ since April 2025, where responsibilities include leading strategic marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility in line with environmental sustainability goals. Prior to this role, Teresa was the Head of Sales and Marketing at SeaLink NZ from September 2022 to April 2025, contributing to branding and revenue growth as part of the senior leadership team. Teresa's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Fonterra, holding various leadership roles such as GM of Fonterra Corporate Brand and Global Marketing Manager across multiple nutrition categories from November 2010 to September 2022. Earlier positions include strategic marketing roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Burtons Foods, Frucor Beverages, and Goodman Fielder. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Gender Studies from the University of Otago.
