Michael Walther

Mike joined EBI Consulting in 2009 and is the Senior Program Director of EBI’s asbestos, lead-paint, lead-in-water, mold, PCB, and radon services from inspection to abatement management. He has 30 years’ experience in environmental and industrial hygiene consulting and remediation management. Mike has a long list of professional registrations and certifications: Licensed Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer, and Supervisor; Licensed Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor, Lead Abatement Project Designer, and Lead Abatement Supervisor; Certified Radon Measurement Technician; and OSHA trained and certified.

Additionally, Mike has extensive experience with program management, client relations, product development, and quality control management. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, receiving a Bachelors degree in natural resources management and has focused his career ever since on gaining more knowledge and experience dealing with investigation and remediation of asbestos, lead, mold, and other contaminants.
