Shawn Neal

Shawn Neal, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in engineering and quality control. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Envirocon since October 2019, Shawn previously held the position of QC Manager at Leebcor Services, LLC and worked at Fluor Corporation as a Civil Field Engineer. With prior roles as Project Engineer and Quality Control Inspector at Baker Concrete Construction, and extensive experience in conveyor system maintenance at Dematic, Shawn also brings military expertise from the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included managing maintenance programs and training junior inspectors. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Space Studies from the American Public University System, complemented by multiple relevant certifications.
