Abiodun Olaore

Abiodun Olaore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Abiodun began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Chevron Nigeria Ltd in 1998. Abiodun then worked as a Marketing Officer at Metropolitan Bank Ltd, where they were involved in business development, credit analysis, and budgeting.

Olaore later joined Lagos City Polytechnic Ketu Campus as a Lecturer before transitioning to the role of Accounts/Development Manager at Junior Achievement of Nigeria. In this role, they managed financial reports, payment processes, and cash flow.

Abiodun then worked as Head of Strategy and Brand Management at GS MicroFinanceBank Ltd, where they collaborated with strategic business units in formulating goals and objectives, provided business development support, and led business transformation projects.

Afterwards, Olaore joined BlueOcean Nigeria as a Consultant before joining Barefoot Power Pty Ltd as a Business Development Associate. At Barefoot Power, they focused on business development in Nigeria.

Currently, Olaore is associated with Envirofit International, where they have held various positions including Director of Sales, Nigeria, Country Director, Regional Director West Africa, and Managing Director West Africa.

Abiodun Olaore completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management in the UK in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti from 1999 to 2002. Before their Bachelor's degree, they completed a Diploma in Financial Studies at Federal Polytechnic Ilaro from 1996 to 1998. Abiodun attended Ogba Grammar School in Ogba Ikeja from 1989 to 1994, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Abiodun possesses an Associate Certified Cost Manager certification from the Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria, which they obtained in September 2006.
