Niki Norman has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at EnviroLogix Inc since March 2010. Previously, Niki worked as a Call Center Retention Representative at Time Warner Cable, focusing on client retention, sales, technical troubleshooting, and resolving billing issues.
