Bill Emory

Bill Emory currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Northborne Partners and as Chief Executive Officer of Ruff Roofers, Inc., a leading provider of commercial roofing services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Emory has held various executive and board roles at companies such as Enviromatic Systems, Kustom US, and Thermogenics, all under Audax Private Equity. Previously, Emory was the Executive Chairman and CEO of Smart Care Equipment Solutions and held multiple senior leadership positions at Ecolab, overseeing various divisions and maintaining full P&L responsibility for the North American Equipment Care Division. Emory's professional journey began with General Mills, followed by a tenure at Bellisio Foods. Emory earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Ripon College.
