Dan Andrade

Dan Andrade has over 25 years of work experience in the production and manufacturing industries. Dan started their career in 1994 as a Manufacturing Technician at Ambion, where they prepared reagents and enzymes for use in finished products and set up and operated production equipment. In 1997, they moved to Applied Biosystems (formerly Ambion, Inc) as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where they led a team in transitioning from Macola ERP Software to SAP ERP software, reviewed processing schedules and production orders, and set and monitored product standards. In 2005, they joined Life Technologies as a Warehouse and Distribution Manager, where they performed a full range of managerial functions, developed detailed processes and orientation plans, and spearheaded a cross-functional initiative to achieve ISO 9001, USDA, and 5S certification in all warehousing/distribution areas. Finally, in 2015, they became the Production Manager at Enviromedica.

Dan Andrade attended Austin Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associates Degree in Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design, with a Civil CAD Specialization. Dan also attended Austin Community College from 1992 to 1993, studying Engineering (General).
