Karen Dodgshun

Karen Dodgshun is a seasoned business analyst and data steward with extensive experience in transformation and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Ara Institute of Canterbury since July 2021, Karen also holds the position of Lead Data Steward at Environment Canterbury since September 2019. Previously, Karen worked at Canterbury District Health Board in various roles, including Business Systems Analyst and Regional Trainer, from January 2016 to September 2019. Additionally, Karen was the Director of The VR Room (NZ), where the focus was on creating New Zealand's first Virtual Reality Experience from June 2016 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Karen led business processes at DHL Global Forwarding from July 2000 to May 2015, contributing to customer service, commercial management, and global transformation projects.
