Jacob Cassetty

Jacob Cassetty's work experience includes serving as a Product Owner/Scrum Master at Environmental 360, Inc. starting from December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at American Family Insurance from March to December 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at The General®, including Sr. Agile Scrum Master, Agile Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst, and Property Damage and Injury Claims Adjuster. Before that, they worked at Quality Resource Management, where they held positions such as Director of Specialty Services, Business Outcome Analyst, and Claim Intake Specialist (Contact Center) from 2011 to 2017.

Jacob Cassetty obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Volunteer State Community College, attending from 2012 to 2014. In terms of certifications, they received the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2020. Jacob also holds various other certifications, including Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Scaled Agile SAFe 5 Scrum Master.
