Jan Fenton is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Environmental 360 Solutions since July 2022, Jan previously held positions such as HR Business Partner at Canadian Red Cross and Senior Human Resources Business Partner in the mining sector. Jan has also been involved in management and consultancy roles, including ownership of Firestarter Corporate Training and Firestarter Consulting. With educational credentials as a Certified Dispute Resolution Specialist from both York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and Laurentian University, Jan brings a strong background in HR strategy, mediation, and training.
