Geneva has served in various roles such as Principal, Assistant Principal, School Counselor, Afterschool Site Coordinator, and Enrichment Teacher. Geneva has worked with organizations like Environmental Charter Schools, Parents Anonymous Inc, EmpowGeneva's Institute, New Millennium Secondary School, Jackie Robinson Academy, and the City of Los Angeles.
