Chris Cullen

In his role as Vice President of Financial Operations and Business Performance, Chris is responsible for the overall financial strategy of the firm as well managing multiple support functions including Finance, Client Billing, Payroll, Data Analytics, and Accounts Payable. Chris is also responsible for developing and managing ECI’s cross-functional initiatives designed to scale the overall operations of the company and allow ECI to function at a world class level.

Prior to joining ECI, Chris held several senior financial roles with Fidelity Investments, a leading worldwide brokerage and mutual fund company. As part of these roles, Chris provided financial support to multiple large operational business units with key focuses being business planning, financial management, cost benefit analyses, KPI management, financial modeling, and data analytics to help drive business decisions. Before Fidelity, Chris was a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young with a focus on large scale revenue cycle projects within the Healthcare sector.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Duquesne University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
