Douglas J. Leroy

Mr. Douglas LeRoy – Chief Operating Officer responsibilities include the design and implementation of business plans and procedures, establishing comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote the company culture and vision, and overseeing a team providing the daily operations of the company and the work.

The COO is a member of the executive leadership team reporting to the President. In addition to the above this position provides oversight of the companies Fleet Services Team.

Mr. Douglas LeRoy has a BS degree in Accounting from Clarkson University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University. Mr. LeRoy has over 28 years of experience with ECI with previous roles as Controller, Treasurer, Vice President Administration with ECI before assuming his current responsibilities.
