Ashley Medlar

Ashley Medlar is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and program management within nonprofit and environmental organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Fellow Recruitment for Climate Corps at the Environmental Defense Fund since September 2019, Ashley facilitates the matching of graduate student fellows with organizations committed to climate action. Previously, Ashley held various roles including Director of Summer Programs at Minds Matter Boston, where responsibilities included overseeing program applications and budget management, and Volunteer Services Coordinator at St. Francis House, managing a substantial volunteer workforce.
