Steve Nisberg

Steve Nisberg is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Global Talent at the Environmental Defense Fund, where responsibilities include advising the CHRO and senior leadership, translating business strategy into talent strategy, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Additionally, as the Principal HR Consultant at MURRAY HILL HR ADVISORY SERVICES, LLC, Steve provides strategic HR guidance to small and medium-sized companies, having recently led the establishment of a private equity-owned joint-venture in North America. Previous roles include Vice President of People & Culture at Clinical Genomics, Regional Director of HR & Talent Management at Mitsubishi Chemical America, and various HR leadership positions at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Novartis Consumer Health, and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and completed the Executive Business Finance Program at Harvard Business School.
