Yiwei Gan

甘奕维 Yiwei Gan is an accomplished professional in the field of environmental management and energy transition, currently serving as the Manager of Regional Energy Transition and Project Manager at the Environmental Defense Fund since December 2022. Previously, 甘奕维 held the position of Climate & Energy Campaigner at Greenpeace from December 2014 to December 2022, and worked as a Water Treatment Engineer at GHD within the Water Treatment Group, CWIEC department, from July 2012 to August 2014. An early career opportunity as an Assistant Analyst/Sampler was undertaken at Beijing Water Authority in May 2011. 甘奕维's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and additional education at Tsinghua University from 2016 to 2019.
