Lisa Nagle, AICP, RLA, currently serves as the Planning Practice Leader at Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, & Environmental Services, DPC, since March 2023. As the Principal at Elan Planning & Design LLC since February 2002, Lisa Nagle has specialized in community planning, economic development, landscape architecture, and urban design, specifically targeting downtown revitalization, brownfield redevelopment, and waterfront revitalization across various regions in Upstate New York. Lisa Nagle holds a Master of Science in Geography from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from SUNY Geneseo.
