Prasad Modak

Prasad Modak is an accomplished environmental expert currently serving as a Member of the Working Group "Promoting Entrepreneurship, Employment and Skilling" in Circular Economy at the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change, Government of India, as well as Chairperson of Clean Air Asia India. With a long history in environmental management as the Managing Director and Executive President of Environmental Management Centre Pvt Ltd since 1996, Prasad Modak also holds various influential positions including Chairperson of the Carbon Credit Market Committee at NCDEX, Steward at the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, and Strategic Advisor to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency. With extensive academic credentials including a Doctor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Prasad Modak contributes to sustainability through roles on advisory committees and working groups focusing on circular economy, sustainable practices, and climate change.
