Shilpi Kapur Bakshi

Shilpi Kapur Bakshi is currently working as the Vice President at Environmental Management Centre LLP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shilpi held various positions at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute from April 2009 to January 2022, including Senior Fellow, Fellow, and Associate Fellow and Area Convenor. Shilpi holds a PhD in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, where Shilpi studied from 2003 to 2008. Shilpi also completed their M.A. in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and their Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Shilpi completed their schooling at Carmel Convent School, New Delhi from 1990 to 1998.
