Aaron Lopez

Aaron Lopez has a diverse work experience. Aaron started their career as a Fuel Ambassador at Safeway in 2012, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Field Intern for the Russian River Coho Salmon and Steelhead Monitoring Program, and later that year, they became a Member Service Representative at Golden One Credit Union, working until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Aaron worked as a Fisheries Technician at the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission. In 2018, they joined the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as a Scientific Aide, participating in the Heritage and Wild Trout Program at Region 2 and assisting with the High Mountain Lakes Program part-time. Currently, Aaron is employed at Environmental Science Associates as a Biologist Level 2, a position they have held since 2019.

Aaron Lopez attended Sonoma State University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Conservation and Restoration.
