Johanna Kahn

Johanna Kahn is a Senior Architectural Historian and Senior Associate II at Environmental Science Associates, where responsibilities include conducting archival research, performing field surveys, developing historical contexts, and preparing various historical research documents and technical reports. Kahn has extensive experience in analyzing proposed projects in relation to historic preservation standards and has worked with significant regulatory processes such as CEQA and NHPA. Previous positions include Development Associate roles at Triton Museum of Art and Arts Benicia, focusing on grant writing and fundraising, and an Architectural Historian role at Page & Turnbull. Kahn holds a Master of Architectural History from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
