Tim Witwer

Tim Witwer is a Senior Associate at Environmental Science Associates, specializing in Climate Action Planning and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation since December 2016. In this role, Tim develops emissions reduction strategies for energy, water, wastewater, and mobile sources, contributing to jurisdictional and regional Climate Action Plans. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Digital Energy, Inc., where Tim managed over 50 energy efficiency projects and synthesized energy utility data for school district programs. Earlier roles include assisting the Environmental and Sustainability Manager at UCSB and participating as a Student Representative for the Student Apartment Community Council. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from both UC Santa Barbara and the University of Washington.
