Lily Malcolm-Watts

Lily Malcolm-Watts is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in investigative and case management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Investigations Officer at Environmental Standards Scotland since August 2023, Lily previously held positions as a Children's Reporter at the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration and an Executive Casework Officer at the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, where responsibilities included quality assurance, operational performance monitoring, and investigating complaints across public services. Additionally, Lily has experience as a Panel Member for Children's Hearings Scotland, an ambassador for the G(irls)20 Summit, and engaged in activism with Amnesty International UK. Educationally, Lily holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University and has volunteered in Burkina Faso, supporting women's rights initiatives.
