Michael Muratori has over two decades of experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Service and Special Projects Department Manager at Environmental Systems since September 2009. In this role, Michael manages personnel matters, enforces safety programs, provides customer service, and collaborates with sales and engineering teams to address warranty issues. Michael has a strong focus on improving departmental efficiency and profitability, as well as training field employees for high-quality service delivery. Previous positions include Assistant Department Manager and HVAC Service Technician at Environmental Systems, as well as various HVAC roles at Taylor Hvac, Martel HVAC, Sawyer Brothers Plumbing & HVAC, and Victory Heating and Air Conditioning. Michael holds degrees from the New England Institute of Technology, Diman Regional Technical Institute, and the Peterson School, with advanced training in HVAC and electrical code.
