TJ Ogden

TJ Ogden has worked for various companies and held positions such as Police Officer, Manager of International Trade and Contracts/ITAR Empowered Official at Aerojet, Managing Director at Defense Export & Logistics (DXL), and Chief Executive Officer at EnviroSafe Demil LLC. In their role as CEO of EnviroSafe Demil, TJ successfully raised funding and developed clean technologies that revolutionized the demilitarization and hazardous waste industry, and identified and pursued millions in revenue opportunities. As Managing Director at DXL, TJ conceptualized and developed a new defense business and leveraged knowledge in international spheres to develop creative business opportunities.
