Carlos Munera

Carlos Munera is currently the South America Sales Manager at Envirosight. Prior to this, they were a Junior Research Scholar for the Institute of Corporate Governance & Finance at New York University School of Law from June 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they were an Associate at VM Legal S.A.S from August 2016 to July 2019, where they advised on general corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and credit facilities. Carlos has also been a Senior Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz from July 2021 to June 2022, where they were a member of the corporate and M&A team and advised on public and private M&A and other complex corporate transactions governed under domestic law or New York law. Additionally, Carlos was an Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz from April 2015 to August 2016 and a Legal Intern at Brigard Urrutia from June 2013 to June 2014.

Carlos Munera attended New York University School of Law, where they earned their Master in Corporations Law - LL.M. degree. Carlos then went on to earn their Graduate Tax Law Degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Law - JD from Universidad EAFIT with a Business Law Emphasis.
