Richard Claro

Richard Claro is a Technical Customer Success Manager at Envirosuite, where responsibilities include developing procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and supporting onboarding and training. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Project Manager at Stantec for over eleven years, focusing on project management, data analysis, construction site supervision, and environmental remediation, including work on the Montreal East Refinery bioremediation project. Richard's early career included an internship at Stantec, where various civil and environmental engineering tasks were performed, and a position as B-Annex Manager for the Engineering and Computer Science Association, overseeing a team and managing operations. Additionally, Richard contributed to wastewater management at the City of Kirkland, conducting sewer scouting and maintaining a database of results. Richard obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Concordia University.
