Vincent L Marcisso Jr. started their work experience with SubSea International in 1981 as a Saturation Diver Welder, where they played a key role in setting welding parameters and procedures for underwater welding projects. Vincent L then moved on to Portland Diversified Services in 1988, where they served as the Owner President and utilized their industrial trades and architectural background to establish the company as a full-service construction company. In 2011, Marcisso joined EnviroVantage, Inc as the Vice President of Demolition, VP of Commercial and Industrial Sales, and Vice President of Business Development and Senior Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing the brand and new markets in New England, as well as overseeing all estimating and accounts from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.

Vincent L Marcisso Jr. began their education journey in 1973 at Portland Vocational Technologies, where they earned a Certificate in Architectural Drafting. Vincent L continued their education at Portland High School from 1974 to 1975, focusing on Collage Prep & Vocational Tech in Architectural Drafting.

In 1979, Vincent pursued further education at the University of Southern Maine, obtaining Certificates in Metallurgy and Mechanical drawing.

Their education continued in 1980 at The Ocean Corporation, where they earned a License in Professional Mixed Gas Diver, Welding, and NDT Inspector.
