Emily Franklin

Emily Franklin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Envisage Dental, a Certified B Corp™, Emily previously held key positions at Kaluza, including Head of People and DE&I Lead, as well as Employee Relations & Policy Manager at TSB Bank, where a modernization program for inclusive workplace policies was implemented. Emily's background also includes roles as HR Business Partner at UCAS and OVO, where significant organizational growth was supported. Earlier experience encompasses a transformation role at Heywood Pension Technologies and executive search consulting at La Fosse. Emily holds a PGDip in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, along with Level 5 CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
