Tomasz Wojcik

Tomasz Wojcik has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tomasz began their career as a Junior Software Engineer at NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland in 2005, where they significantly improved the performance of the existing server system through database access layer changes and high-performance network module implementation. Tomasz then progressed to roles as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Team Leader, where they were responsible for developing new, large computer systems using .NET and C++. From 2008 to 2011, Tomasz served as Technical & Group Leader and Software Architect at NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland, where they managed a software development group, coordinated work with cooperative companies, and designed and programmed server parts of distributed computer systems using .NET and C++.

In 2011, they joined Infusion Development as a Senior Software Consultant, where they worked closely with international clients, designing and developing applications and platforms utilizing emerging technologies such as SOA, EDA, CQRS, .NET, C#, MS SQL Server. This role lasted until September 2015.

Following that, Tomasz joined lowcosttravelgroup as a Technical Lead, contributing to the development of a new solution for the traveling industry using DDD, CQRS, ASP.NET WebAPI, TypeScript, AngularJS, MongoDB, Kafka, and Cassandra.

In August 2016, they became a Senior .NET Developer at SoftwareONE, where they wrote a new cloud management platform called PyraCloud, utilizing microservices, ASP.NET Core, Angular 2, Redux, DocumentDb, and various cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, IBM SoftLayer, and Google Cloud.

In 2018, Tomasz served as a Software Consultant (Contractor) at BrightLabs AB and Envise. At BrightLabs AB, they worked on software consulting from July to December, and at Envise, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the research and development of various projects for home developers and buyers using AWS, ElasticSearch, GraphQL, NestJS, Angular, React, Redux, Unity 3D, and other technologies.

Tomasz Wojcik completed their MSc Eng degree in Automatics and Robotics - Computer Science in Control and Management at AGH University of Krakow. Tomasz attended the university from 2000 to 2005. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management at Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Cracow School of Business CUE.
