Roberto Vecciu

Roberto Vecciu has over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2023, they began working as the Director of Project Engineering for Envisics. Prior to that, they worked at Panasonic Automotive from 2016 to 2015, where they held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager. From 2015 to 2012, they were the Technical Project Manager for the first Head-up Display of Panasonic Automotive for Jaguar Land Rover. In this role, they were responsible for planning the budget, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project, and reporting to upper management to ensure the project was on schedule. From 2012 to 2006, they were the Project Manager Technical Lead for a Navigation system at GME (Opel Navi 600,900 & 950). In this role, they were responsible for preparing project documents, direct communication with the customer, and keeping the OEM up to date for all the technical aspects. Finally, from 2006 to 2012, they were a Hardware Design Engineer for Infotainment units at Magneti Marelli, where they were responsible for power circuit design and circuit layout, as well as creating design documentation and participating and supporting DFMEA.

Roberto Vecciu earned a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the Politecnico di Torino between 1999 and 2005.
