Justin Reed

Justin Reed is a seasoned professional with a background in operations management and military leadership. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Envision Outdoor Living Products since January 2025, Justin has honed expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Navy Recruiting Command from November 2022 to February 2025, and various positions aboard the USS George Washington aircraft carrier, including Assistant Reactor Training Assistant and Reactor Electrical Division Officer. Justin also completed rigorous training at Nuclear Power School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Naval Academy, earned in May 2017.
