Victor N. Baldi

Victor N. Baldi has a long and varied work experience. Victor began their career in 1997 at Bankers Trust as a Sr. RDBMS Architect. In 1999, they became the Director of Operations/Owner at New Age Training, where they were responsible for programs/course management, courseware design and development, and teaching technical material. In 2006, they became the CEO of MobileSoftLabs, where they were responsible for setting strategy and vision, planning, and funds raising and financial management. In 2010, they became the Director of Training at Alameda Services, where they were responsible for leadership and management of Information Technology group services. In 2016, they became the VP of Product Development at PerfectKnowledge, where they were responsible for design and architecture of an on-line platform for technical testing, managing various development and business teams, and coordinating and supporting marketing/sales teams. In 2018, they became the Senior Client Partner/Account Manager at WaveAccess, where they had extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Outsourcing, Recruiting, BPM, BI, and acted as a bridge across multi-national teams and cultures. Victor also became the Senior Technical Program Manager at Envision Blockchain Solutions in 2018. In 2021, they became the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Validity Inc.
