Rob Watkins is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience in member experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Member Experience at First West Credit Union since March 2014, Rob focuses on enhancing processes to ensure simplicity for both members and staff. Prior to this role, Rob held positions as Branch Manager at Envision Financial and as Employee Development Consultant at Envision Credit Union from 2003 to 2005. Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley between 2003 and 2007.
