Grace Lu

Grace Lu is currently the Executive Director at Envision Energy, a position they have held since 2011. Prior to this, they worked as an Expert Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from 2003 to 2011, and briefly served as an Operating Partner at CITIC Capital in 2011. Earlier in their career, Grace was a leader in quality management at GE Consumer Products from 2002 to 2003 and participated in the Operation Management Leadership Program at General Electric from 1998 to 2002. Grace earned a Master's degree in Physics from Fudan University, completing their studies there from 1990 to 1996.
