Envision Fitness is a locally owned, no-frills gym located in the heart of Downtown Memphis. We specialize in strength, conditioning, mobility, and self-defense — offering a distraction-free space with everything you need: free weights, squat racks, machines, and open floor for dynamic training.

Our services go beyond the gym floor. We offer personal and small group training, group fitness and yoga classes, kickboxing, martial arts, custom wellness retreats, and self-defense workshops — both on-site and off-site for businesses and organizations. Virtual training options are also available.
