Ben Scott

Ben Scott is a skilled motorsport professional with extensive experience in race engineering and performance analysis. Currently serving as a Race Engineer, Performance Engineer, Simulation & Performance Engineer, and Assistant Simulation Engineer at Envision Racing Formula E since August 2019, Ben has contributed to offline and driver-in-the-loop simulation projects. Prior to this, Ben held key roles at Oxford Brookes Racing, including Chief Engineer for the 2018 and 2019 Formula Student cars, achieving 2nd Place Overall at FSUK in both years. Ben's earlier experiences include an Engineering Intern position at Nissan LMP1 where responsibilities included reliability data analysis and fuel strategy management for the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, as well as junior roles with Muscle Milk Pickett Racing and Performance Data Solutions focusing on data acquisition and wiring projects. Ben holds a BEng in Motorsport Technology from Oxford Brookes University, completed in May 2021.
