Robert Poston

Robert Poston has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Robert began their career as a Tutor at Empowering Youth Through Education from October 2009 to February 2011. In May 2011, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Healthstat, Inc., where they collaborated with the Marketing and Sales Teams and provided insights for website redesign and marketing goals. From January 2012 to May 2012, Robert served as a Marketing Analyst at Cornerstone Health Care, assisting with physician recruitment and identifying new digital solutions for the company.

Robert then joined TriZetto Corporation as a Consultant in June 2012. During their time there until July 2014, they received extensive training in TriZetto's Core Suite of Products, worked as a Product Consultant to meet client expectations, and managed client configurations across multiple work-streams.

In August 2012, Robert enrolled at Wake Forest University as a Student and completed their studies in May 2012. After graduating, they returned to TriZetto Corporation in June 2015 as a Configuration Consultant. In this role, they aligned claims processing and enrollment systems, implemented TriZetto communication systems for maintaining member correspondence, and obtained Business Certification for the QNXT Claims Processing Product.

Robert's career continued to progress, and in March 2017, they joined TriZetto, A Cognizant Company as a Senior Associate. Robert remained in this position until November 2020, gaining valuable experience.

Most recently, Robert has been working at Envision Technology Partners, Inc. since November 2020. Robert initially held the position of Customer Engagement Manager and has recently transitioned to the role of Senior Client Engagement Manager as of June 2023.

Throughout their work experience, Robert has demonstrated skills in client engagement, project management, configuration, marketing analysis, and sales support.

Robert Poston attended Wake Forest University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Enterprise Management. From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Colorado Denver.
