Anthony Bennett

Anthony Bennett is a seasoned professional in program management and support services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Programs at Esperanza Community Services since March 2021. In this role, Anthony oversees all DHS funded programs, ensuring effective operations and quality control. Previously, Anthony held positions such as Program Director at Envision Unlimited and Program Manager at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, where responsibilities included staff supervision, program development, and implementation of person-centered plans. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and crisis intervention, Anthony's extensive experience spans over a decade working with individuals with developmental disabilities and special education needs. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carthage College.
