Kelly A. has over two decades of experience in leadership and data management within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Director of Data Management and Director of Operations at Envision Unlimited since February 2020, Kelly A. previously worked at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia from November 2000 to February 2020, where roles included Associate Director and Office Administrator/Accounting, managing a $2 million budget and overseeing federal and state grants. As Hotline Coordinator, Kelly A. provided essential crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, homelessness, and sexual assault, and contributed to various training committees focused on child abuse, suicide prevention, domestic violence, and elder abuse.

We consistently receive the highest possible scores from the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We also measure our success by clients' progress, as we help children and adults realize self-identified goals and objectives. Above all, Envision is an advocate for the developmentally disabled community.
